This would assure that you won&#039;t have to stop every couple of blocks, and also minimizes the possiblity of hassles created by overzealous Homeland Security hero-wannabes. 

Oh, and certified legal observers are also always a plus, because their presence guarantees law enforcement officers are respectful even if they think that you&#039;re just a bunch of hippie radical @ssholes. The local ACLU office can probably hook you up with legal observers.</description>
